Good morning and well met,
We are the things we do. Day in and day out. So why not make those things habit? Why would we not take a long hard look at all of those minutes that comprise our days and make every second count? The answer is easy…we SHOULD.
So, take some time today (and in the days to come) and reflect on your day to day schedule and how you can incorporate routine into your day to day life. And stick to it. It won’t be easy at first. Nothing worthwhile ever truly is. But once you’ve set a schedule for yourself, I guarantee you’ll be better for it. But be easy on yourself. Baby steps in the right direction can win the marathon, for this is not a sprint.
